Task: Perform Ecosystem Analysis
The purpose of Ecosystem analysis is to identify, understand and analyze industry Ecosystem which has impact on the success of product. The details of Ecosystem Analysis shall be used for establishing the required Partnerships and Relationships.

The Ecosystem analysis process involves gathering all relevant information about different players in the ecosystem of the industry and performing analysis to identify the required alignments required for the product success.

Product Management Head shall initiate the ecosystem analysis and Product Marketing Manager shall perform this activity. 

Product Marketing Manager shall prepare the detailed ecosystem analysis document. 

Product Management Head shall review and accept the document or ask for further updates/details as required.   

The frequency of the ecosystem analysis activity shall be decided during the product planning. It can be on quarterly basis or on need basis.
